We used Len's a few years ago for 3 bathrooms,  kitchen and laundry remodel, and flooring throughout our home.  We also had our whole house painted and interior stairs remodeled.  Len's team was professional,  courteous, detailed, and patient with us considering that we lived here through the remodel.  We had our choice of contractors, but chose Len's for their great project management skills.  We've had them back a few times to fix a few things that needed attention not due to their original work, but things that just needed repair due to this or that. Len and his crew are fantastic. We recently had them do a 3rd project for us. The first was a complete remodel of our kitchen. At the same time they replaced our front door and a new slider to our deck. Our second project was to increase the size of our laundry room and bathroom.  This was amazing! Our most recent project completed recently was the remodel of our master bathroom and bedroom.  New floors, vanity and paint job. I would never use anyone else to work on our house. Each project was carefully designed at his showroom with all the samples. The crew he has are very nice and careful not to make a mess.  Anytime I had a question Len was always available. We recently used Len’s Remodeling to renovate the master bathroom in our home.  They did an excellent job,  This was the second time we used Len’s as they renovated our kitchen 10 years ago.  This job was a complete  remodel, removing everything down to the subfloor and studs.  We worked with Len’s lead designer Suzanne, who has many years experience in bath and kitchen design.  Suzanne presented several options for overhauling the space.  We ultimately settled on a design that reoriented the shower, nearly doubling its original size, a new double sink vanity, new tile, granite, tub, lighting and fixtures.  With a project of this size there seemed to be an endless array of options for each component.  Suzanne was outstanding in guiding and presenting options that would complement the design.  Once work commenced Lens crew was exemplary.  They were thorough  and meticulous making sure everything was done precisely as outlined in the project plan.  Any necessary adjustments (there are always some with a job of this size) were discussed before proceeding.  We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Len’s Remodeling for any bath or kitchen renovation. We recently completed a complete kitchen renovation project and used Len’s Remodeling for the work.  The finished job is outstanding.  Throughout the entire project Len’s team was thorough, professional and treated our home as if it was their own.     A project of this size can be overwhelming however from our initial meeting through job completion we were impressed with the care Len’s exhibited to each phase.  We worked extensively with Chris on design and selection and he leveraged his years of experience in guiding us through the process.  Chris painstakingly drafted numerous designs for our consideration and reviewed each until we were comfortable with the final view.  He offered invaluable suggestions and guidance in selecting the individual components; flooring, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, hardware, lighting, etc.  His ability to envision how our selections would fit together was uncanny.   The project started on time and was completed within the time frame estimated.   We were particularly impressed with their attention to detail and taking the extra steps to make sure things were done the right way.  For example, we knew from the outset a heating and air conditioning vent needed to be moved.  Initially we planned to move the vent to a toe kick register under one of the cabinets.  After the existing space was cleared, one of Len’s craftsmen designed an alternate approach and location by modifying some of the ducts in the basement that yielded better air flow into the remodeled space.  The original intended location could’ve been used, however Len’s saw the opportunity to make an improvement even if it meant a bit more time and work.   This is but one example where Len’s emphasized quality above all else.  Beyond the quality of the craftsmanship, one area that was particularly noteworthy was communication.  Every question posed was answered thoroughly and accurately.  Once the job started plans for each day’s work were reviewed the night before and updates provided throughout each work day.   We encountered no surprises and attribute this to the upfront thoroughness of their planning and their ongoing, detailed communication throughout. I love working with Len's Remodeling. They did a great job on all three of my bathrooms, and now I have a fabulous Kitchen too! I love being home so much more than I did when I first moved into this house in 2020. They  have a high standard of work and stand by their customers.
